The full name of penetrant JFC is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, which is a non-ionic surfactant. Penetrant JFC use
It can be used for sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and chlorination, etc. It can also be used as a penetrating aid for dyeing baths and finishing baths, as well as a penetrating agent for leather coatings.
The leather industry is mainly used as a water soaking agent, which can significantly reduce the surface tension, thereby promoting the penetration of various materials into leather fibers, speeding up the process and improving the effect of the process. Penetrating agent JFC can also be used in each process of the tanning process to promote the penetration of leather and related chemicals.
It has no affinity for leather fibers, can be mixed with various surfactants, and is easy to clean.
It has good emulsifying ability and can be used for degreasing leather. It is used for enzymatic hair removal and enzymatic softening of fur, and has the functions of penetration, degreasing and descaling.

Fast Penetrating Agent T
Fast penetrating agent T is an anionic surfactant. In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a fast penetrating agent for fabrics, that is, fast and uniform. Also used as emulsifier, detergent, surfactant, etc.

Fast penetrating agent T performance and application
1. Rapid penetrating agent T is easily soluble in water, the solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal salt and reducing agent, penetrates quickly and uniformly, and has good wetting, penetration, emulsifying and foaming properties. The penetration effect is the best when the temperature is below 40 °C, and it is easier to hydrolyze when encountering alkali at high temperature. Penetrating agent T is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be directly added to the concentrated lye solution. The lye solution should be diluted before adding penetrant T.
2. Fast penetrating agent T is a high-efficiency penetrating agent, which is used to treat cotton, hemp, viscose and its blended products. The treated fabric can be directly bleached or dyed without scouring, which can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton, and the printing and dyeing. The finished fabric feels softer and fuller. When the green body is refined and bleached, it is best to return the slurry first to ensure the penetration effect.
3. If the penetrating agent T is used, if it is found that there is too much foam, a small amount of defoamer can be added, such as GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate and other defoaming agents.

Preparation of fast penetrating agent T
It is prepared by esterification of maleic anhydride and sec-octanol at 120-140℃ under the catalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst, and then sulfonated with sodium bisulfite.
The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 9.5~7.0, and it is not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, metal salt and reducing agent. Its permeability, wettability, emulsifier and foaming properties are all good.
High-efficiency penetrant
High-efficiency penetrant is a high-efficiency, low-foaming, multi-functional penetrant, which can be used as a wetting and cleaning agent in scouring, carbonization, scouring, washing, bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing baths.

Characteristics of high-efficiency penetrants
1. It has excellent wetting and degassing properties even in cold bath liquid, which can thoroughly wet the fabrics and bobbins such as wraps, and there is little foaming.
2. It has excellent re-wetting properties for treated fabrics.
3. It has good cleaning, dispersing and degreasing functions, and is very suitable for washing away grease impurities and pigment dirt.
4. It has no effect on the enzyme, and can be used for desizing processing in the same bath with the enzyme.
5. It can quickly and evenly wet the textile fabrics to form a high liquid absorption, and at the same time, it has a certain leveling effect, which can improve the leveling property and make the color bright. The fabric should go into the bath at low temperature and then reheat.
Dosage of high-efficiency penetrant
1. It has excellent washing and degreasing ability, it will not remain on the wool after washing, nor will it turn yellow, and make the wool bulky, soft and white in color. Dosage 0.5~1.0%owf.
2. Adding 0.5-1.0% owf to the wool carbonization solution can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid, and improve the carbonization effect.
3. Add 0.3-0.8% owf to the neutralizing solution, which can reduce the amount of alkali by about 50%.
4. Add 1~5% owf KS-T3 to the dyeing solution of loose wool and tops, which can greatly reduce the phenomenon of dyeing flowers, no white core, white flowers, and the fibers are bulky after dyeing, which brings convenience to the subsequent spinning and reduces the breakage rate.
5. For wool and wool fabric dyeing, the dosage is 0.5-2.5% owf, which can not only improve the level dyeing and dyeing properties, but also the color is pure and bright, and the color fastness is good.
6. It has good results in the scouring, dyeing and finishing of silk fabrics. The dosage is generally 0.5 to 1 g/l.
The role of high-efficiency penetrants
1. High-efficiency penetrant is mainly used for wet-process PU synthetic leather to improve the exchange speed of water and DMF;
2. The high-efficiency penetrant can rapidly increase the pores and improve the myogenicity of the PU resin film;
3. The high-efficiency penetrating agent can replace the ordinary 90 penetrating agent with the dosage of 50-30%, which can reduce the production cost;
4. The high-efficiency penetrant can highly maintain the coating thickness during solidification, and enhance the penetration and wetting properties of the PU emulsion to the base fabric.
High-efficiency penetrant storage and transportation
1. It should be lightly loaded and unloaded, and should not be inverted;

Shelf life of high-efficiency penetrant
It can be stored for 6 months in a dry and ventilated warehouse under the seal of 5 ~ 35 ℃. Please use it as soon as possible after opening, and please close tightly after use.
Mercerizing penetrant
The mercerizing treatment of cotton fabrics, the reduction processing of polyester, etc., all need to use high-concentration aqueous solutions of sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, etc., general surfactants, in concentrated alkali, inorganic salt, In the aqueous solution of some organic substances, they will salt out and separate immediately, and can no longer play the role of their surfactants. The mercerizing agent is a kind of surfactant product with high alkali resistance and excellent penetration, which makes the fabric treated by this product have good gloss and high yield, which greatly improves the treatment effect of the product and increases the added value of the product. .
